9/27/2024 Friday Free Pizza Party Event 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at “The Gathering Place” on Wequaquet Lake (property of one of our classmates), at 483 Phinney’s Lane, Centerville 02632.  BYOB (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Coffee, tea, and water will be available.

9/28/2024 Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Gathering Place will be open for classmates to meet up, socialize, play games, BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch if you want), swim in the lake, kayak, paddle board, etc. BYOB - Coffee, tea, water, and light snacks will be provided at no cost. The Cape Cod Photo Bus will be there from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Fun Foto Ops.

9/28/2024 Saturday Main Dinner Buffet from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod (formerly Cape Codder Resort  Spa) at 1225 Iyannough Road, Hyannis 02601.  The cost of the Reunion Main Dinner Buffet is $90.00 per person. However, if you register and PAY BY MAY 1ST AND PAY BY CHECK you will get a $10 discount per person, or a $5 discount per person if YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD.  *NOTE: IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK, WHEN YOU GET YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT DUE ON THE SUMMARY PAGE, IT WILL INCLUDE THE 5.9% FEE FOR A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.  IGNORE THE TOTAL.  INSTEAD, PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK OUT TO INCLUDE $80 PER PERSON FOR THE SATURAY DINNER BUFFET AND $35 PER PERSON FOR THE SUNDAY BRUNCH. 

After May 1st the cost of the Saturday Dinner Buffet will be $90 IF YOU PAY BY CHECK, or $96 IF YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD.  After August 27th, the ticket prices will be increased to $100 per person if you PAY BY CHECK, and $106 if YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

9/29/2024 Sunday Morning Brunch catered by Grazing Cape Cod at The Gathering Place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  The cost is $35 per person IF YOU PAY BY CHECK, or $37 by person IF YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD. Please pay for Brunch when you pay for the Saturday Buffet.  (PLEASE SEE ABOVE THE TEXT IN RED COLORED FONT IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK.)

Payments: To pay for Reunion Tickets, please make checks payable to Susan Collins Karb and mail to Susan @ 45 Walden Way, Milford, MA 01757.  You may also pay by credit card through this website, though there is a 5.9% extra credit card fee that is reflected in the prices listed above for the Saturday Evening Buffet and the Sunday Morning Brunch. 

Donations:  In addition to your Reunion tickets, for those who are able, we welcome donations that will support: helping to defray some of the costs of the reunion, helping classmates who are on a fixed income and may find it challenging financially to come to the reunion, providing another scholarship to a FHS senior, and keeping the Class Website up and running.  As of right now, donations can only be made via check.  (We don’t want anyone not to come because of finances. If you need some help, please contact Patty Morell @ 703-725-2773 or pattymorell@comcast.net . Your request will be kept completely confidential.)

REUNION LODGING

We have blocked rooms at three different hotels in Hyannis. Please note the different directions for making reservations at each location.

1. Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod ~ 1225 Iyannough Road, Hyannis 02601
Price per room is $239 per night, NO two-night minimum. With all taxes and a resort fee the total cost per night is $284.98. This group rate will end on August 27 th , 2024. Two queen beds in each room, but you may be able to request 1 king bed. Room cost does not include the resort Wave Pool. The cost of the Water Park Pass is $25, however there is also a free outdoor heated pool. There is one Pickleball Court and three Charging Stations for electric vehicles. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. (or earlier based on availability), and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. To make a reservation you MUST call this #:      508-771-3000 and ask for “In House Reservations.” (At this time, we are not able to make reservations online.)  Ask for the “Framingham North High School” Rroup Room Block rate. Cancellations received at least 14 days PRIOR to guest arrival is refundable. Cancellation of a reservation
within 14 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax.  If anyone decides to shorten the length of their stay within 14 days of arrival, the penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax will also apply.

2. Holiday Inn Hyannis ~ 1127 Iyannough Road, Hyannis 02601
Price per room is $209 per night, TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM.  With all taxes the total cost per night is $239.20. This group rate will end on August 27 th, 2024. There are two double beds in each room. Indoor and outdoor pools. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (or earlier if available), and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

This hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation notice. If a reservation is received at least 72 hours PRIOR to guest arrival, there is no charge. Cancellation of a
reservation within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax. If anyone decides to shorten the length of their stay within 72 hours of arrival, the penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax will also apply.

3. Fairfield by Marriott Cape Cod Hyannis ~ 867 Iyannough Road, Hyannis 02601                                                                                                          The price per night is $289. There is NO two-night minimum. With taxes the total cost per night is $330.76. This group rate ends August 13, 2024. (We realize that this is the costliest of the three hotels with room blocks, but we included it in case there are classmates who have Marriott Rewards.) Free full continental breakfast; indoor pool.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (but can request an early Check-in), and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
