I wanted to let people know about our classmate, Susan Doherty Garry. She has been suffering from cancer. She's home now because they couldn’t do any more for her, and she was having difficulty sleeping in the nursing home. Also, because the colon cancer is so slow moving, they said she could live for two more years, but she also has oral cancer which they believe will come back.  It's very hard for her husband, Michael Garry, who is also a fellow graduate of class of '69. Mike is her primary caregiver right now.
